Geiger Mechanical LLC serves both residential and commercial customers in all areas of the Phoenix Valley and beyond. We take pride in providing honest assessments and quality work for our customers. Our approach is to repair first, replace last. We will do our best to repair your unit first, if at all possible. We will only suggest a replacement if it is truly needed and will save you money in the long term. No matter what, we will go over all of the options for your unit and help you make an educated decision with each visit.

Need a new unit? Many times, spending a few extra dollars on a more efficient unit will save you money in the long run, but not always. There are many other factors to consider when selecting a replacement unit including type of refrigerant, energy efficiency, size of the space, zones and levels of the space, brands, SEER options and more. We are here to help you decode the HVAC lingo and help you make an educated decision to best fit your needs, whether for your home or business.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We offer a one year installation warranty in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty offered by the individual manufacturer.

  • We will do our best to get your unit fixed as fast as possible, especially during peak seasons of extreme heat and cold. In the case that we cannot fix your unit within 24 hours, we will be sure to communicate with you and do what we can to keep you as comfortable as possible in the meantime. If the need arises, we will be sure to let you know when you will need to make other accommodations while we are getting your unit back up and running.

  • We most often install American Standard, Day & Night, Fujitsu, and Mirage, however, we can work on most any brand of unit.

  • Most of our work is in the Phoenix Metro area, however, we frequently take care of customers in the outlying areas including Harquahala, Gila Bend, Paloma, Dateland, Maricopa, far NE Scottsdale, Cave Creek, etc.

    In the case of an emergency during peak seasons, for someone within the Phoenix Metro area, it is very likely that we could have someone to you by day’s end, even if it is late.

  • Most of the shortages have resolved, however, even in 2023 there are still some brand parts that are hard to get ahold of. There is also still the lingering potential for summer time shortages of units and parts. Due to the potential summer shortage, we recommend replacing older units in the spring to early summer to avoid being caught without a/c when you need it most.
