  • An industrial electrician is a journeyman electrician who has at least 2 years of experience providing electrical services in machine shops and production facilities of various kinds.  An industrial electrician must equivalent knowledge and experience of a journeyman electrician as well as have ample knowledge and understanding of start/stops, various control systems, specialty production protocols, and much more.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.

**NOW HIRING**

  • A journeyman electrician is someone who has either completed a certified apprenticeship program and/or has 4+ years in the electrical industry with a full understanding and ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and install all components of an electrical service, panel, buss duct, grounding, balance load, voltage, amps, read meters, size wire, National Electric Code, manage jobs, oversee jobsite labor, and much more.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.

**NOW HIRING**

  • An apprentice is an ambitious individual who is diligently seeking to learn more about the electrical trade.  This person should be in or actively seeking entrance into a structured apprenticeship program approved by our company.  This person would be expected to perform simple electrical tasks while on the job site and under the supervision of a Journeyman Electrician or higher.  Some duties could include loading and unloading at jobsites, pipe bending, light fixture installs, making up wires, assisting in pulling wire, assisting in panel installs, and more.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.

  • A helper is a motivated and helpful person with little electrical experience who is open and ready to learn the very basics of the trade.  This person would assist on jobs in any form with little interaction with electricity.  Some duties could include site prep, demolition, site clean-up, material counting, installation of wall devices and covers, assisting in pulling wire, and more.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.

MECHANICAL

  • A lead technician is someone who can walk up and accurately diagnose problems with any unit, repair the unit as needed, know what parts need to be ordered, and knows brand specific programming techniques and operations.  Must be well versed in installs, repairs and maintenance of units.  Must have adequate knowledge of unit lifespan and manufacturer’s warranties.  Must have exceptional communication skills with and between the customer, other technicians and the company.  Must be able to lead and teach apprentice technicians/helpers.  Must be able to work solo and as a patient, contributing member of a team.  Must be punctual, respectful and courteous.  Must have 4+ years experience in the field.  Must have current EPA cards.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.

  • An apprentice is a technical-minded and motivated individual who is actively seeking to gain more knowledge and hands-on experience in the HVAC/R trade.  This person should be enrolled in, preparing to enroll in, or recently graduated from a company approved HVAC/R training program.  This person would be expected to identify parts and components inside a unit, must be willing to work on roofs and in attics as necessary during all seasons, must show a strong work ethic and desire to learn, must be willing to help with installs, maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and repairs of all HVAC/R equipment.  Must be willing to invest in himself to learn, grow, and acquire the necessary skills to succeed.  Must be in the process of acquiring or have already acquired EPA cards.  *All positions require acquisition of certain tools to be able to do the job.
